At ElegantAbaya, we want you to love you purchase! If you are not completely satisfied with your order, we offer a hassle free 30-day return window from the date of delivery.

To qualify for a return, please ensure the following:

  • The item is in its original packaging.

  • The item is free from any perfume, stains, makeup, or any signs of wear.

  • The return request is made within 30 days of receiving your order.

How to Initiate a Return

  • We will provide you with a shipping label and return instructions.

  • Ship the item in its original packaging and within 7 days of approval.

  • Once we have received and inspected the returned item, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
